For the safety of all attendees, please refrain from attending if:

• You have been in close contact with a confirmed case within the last 5 days.

• You have been instructed to quarantine or isolate within the last 5 days.

Additionally, please note that smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Historic Big 10 Ballroom™
